Life Rhythm & Flow was created from a simple idea: wellbeing and personal growth should be engaging, and sustainable. Founded by Dr. Marlee King — educator, fitness professional, mentor, and aqua fitness leader — this wellbeing movement is grounded in the belief that rhythm and flow are essential to a thriving life. Through movement sessions, workshops, and professional development, I help people reconnect with themselves and others in ways that feel energising and meaningful.
