I hold a PhD in psychology and work as an educator and international presenter. My work focuses on translating psychological science into practical strategies that support confidence, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing in everyday life and work.

I am not a motivational speaker and I don’t deliver clinical or therapeutic services. Instead, I specialise in bridging the gap between research and lived experience, making complex ideas accessible, engaging, and immediately usable.

Rather than offering surface level motivation, I focus on the science of behaviour change, resilience, and sustainable performance. I design workshops and programs that equip teams with practical tools grounded in research and tailored to real organisational contexts.
