WellbeingWellness vs. Wellbeing, Why This Matters
My programs are intentionally different. They are designed around wellbeing, the deeper, more sustainable experience of feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically supported.
Each program I create integrates psychology informed practice with purposeful movement to create experiences that help people feel more regulated, confident, and connected to themselves and others.
Wellness is often about doing.
It tends to focus on activities, trends, or outcomes like workouts, habits, or productivity boosts.
Wellbeing is about being.
It considers how people actually feel in their bodies, minds, and lives over time, including stress, connection, meaning, confidence, and capacity.
My work is wellbeing focused because lasting change does not come from pushing harder. It comes from creating environments that support nervous system regulation, psychological safety, self efficacy, and flourishing.
