I design fitness and movement sessions are not only effective, but fun! Whether it’s high-energy Zumba® classes or HIIT classes like STRONG Nation™, each session is built to challenge the body and mind, and leave participants feeling happier, healthier, and energised. I can adapt programs for all fitness levels.
You will not only feel fitter but more confident in your ability to move with freedom and flow. My programs can be customised to suit the group or one-one and can include energising cardio and strength workouts to gentler options like stretch, Pilates, and meditation.

High energy, dance based cardio workout using global rhythms. Improves cardiovascular fitness, coordination, mood, and enjoyment of movement.
Strength and Conditioning
Functional training focusing on muscular strength, endurance, and movement quality.
Pilates (Mat Based)
A controlled, low impact movement practice focusing on core strength, postural alignment, stability, and mobility.
STRONG Nation®
A high intensity, music synchronised workout combining bodyweight training, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometrics.
Stretch and Mobility
A low intensity session focused on improving flexibility, joint range of motion, and muscular recovery.
Aqua Fitness
