NDIS Support &
Water BasedFunctional Movement
Move with more confidence, independence, and support
I offer water based functional movement sessions for NDIS participants who are self managed, or plan managed where appropriate. These sessions are designed to support disability related goals such as mobility, balance, confidence in movement, community participation, routine building, and functional capacity.
My approach combines aquatic movement expertise with a strong understanding of behaviour, motivation, and wellbeing. Sessions are practical, personalised, and focused on helping participants feel safe, capable, and more confident in their bodies.
Why work with me
I bring a rare combination of skills across aquatic movement, behaviour, motivation, and wellbeing. This means sessions are not just about movement, they are about helping people feel more able, more motivated, and more willing to participate in life.
How these sessions can help
Water based sessions may support participants to:
• improve balance and movement confidence
• build endurance and strength in a low impact environment
• increase confidence participating in community settings
• practise functional movement in a supportive space
• maintain mobility and physical function
• work towards goals recommended by a physiotherapist or allied health professional
These sessions are especially well suited to people who benefit from reduced impact, extra support, or a gentler environment for movement.
Who this service is for:
